I’m so glad you stopped by! I’m Megan, but am most often called “Momma”! icon smile About I cherish my days because they are spent at home with my 3 little wild things boys. I’m a homeschoolin’ mama  to my 1st grader and my preschooler, a wife to my amazing (and hilarious) carpenter husband, and ya’ can’t forget the sweet little guy that keeps me hopping! If that wasn’t enough to keep me busy, I’m also a photographer in my area, and decorate cakes when I find some “spare” time. I also enjoy “creative” hobbies like art and music…for now, though, my focus is on my kids.   I have a strong belief that I want to feed and care for my little family in the healthiest, most natural and thriftiest way possible without compromising on all of those fun things that make up childhood. There must be a “happy medium” between striving to be organic & green, and how much $$ I spend to be that way! An organic lifestyle can be cost-prohibitive to many, and who wants to spend more than they need to,even if they can? The goal of this blog is to help other moms find information quickly and easily instead of spending hours and “tons” of money trying to find the best deal on their favorite products.  Blogging is a great way to share ways of making  living a healthy, natural, lifestyle so much cheaper, easier, and more enjoyable!

My co-collaborator is my own sweet mama, Anita. She is very adept at finding great deals, freebies, and sweepstakes for us and I will post them as she finds them. Anita lives in a cozy corner of a valley on the  country homestead she shares with her husband of 29 years and her teenage son. She has 3 grown children and 3 grandkids who love her dearly. She knits, creates handmade blankets, plays several instruments. She has a talent for floral decorating, cooking, and somehow always manages to have a clean house (help on that one, please!!) .She has also recently started an angora goat fiber farm, and will possibly be posting updates on their journey to create their own products from baby goat to handmade sweater.

We are so glad that you stopped by, and we really look forward to sharing our great finds, ideas, and freebies with you!! Please, say hello, and let us know you were here!
